A: If you wish to request scheduled maintenance or updates be done to your website, you can view our maintenance plans, or contact us at (850) 668-5381.

A: We accept, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, and PayPal. In addition, we also accept cashiers checks and money orders.

Q: How does Royco Web Design provide technical support?
A: You can contact our support department through email, submit your request through our contact page, or call (850) 668 - 5381 for live support.

Q: How long does it take to setup a new account?
A: New hosting accounts are setup within 1-24 hrs.

Q: Is there a money-back guarantee on hosting?
A: Try our service absolutely risk-free! If you wish to cancel your account for any reason within the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund for recurring hosting fees. This offer applies to the initial contracted term and does not include domain name registration or setup fees.

Q: Does Royco Web Design permit adult hosting?
Q: Absolutely not! Pornography and sex-related merchandising is prohibited on our server. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or links to adult content elsewhere. We will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision. Any accounts found in violation will be terminated immediately!

Q: May I promote my site with bulk or unsolicited email?
A: Sites promoted with or who send unsolicited, bulk email are not permitted on our network.

Q: How do I transfer my site to Royco's server?
A: Sign up for a hosting account here.

You will recieve a Welcome Email with your login information. Your new name server information is included in your Welcome Email. Contact your registar to have your domain name pointed to the Royco name servers

Q: When is my payment for Web Hosting due?
A: Payment is due on the 1st day of the month of your billing cycle. You will receive an advance notice of at least 30 day before your next payment is due.

Q: When is my payment considered late?
A: Payments not received by the 3rd day of the month of your billing cycle, are considered late. At this point, your account will be 3 days past due, and a $10.00 late payment fee will be added to your balance.

Q: I'm late making my payment, and have been assessed a late payment fee. What is the last day to pay my bill?
A: Past due balances not received by the 7th day of the month of your billing cycle, will result in your account being suspended. PLEASE NOTE: Accounts that are 14 days past due will be deleted from the server.
